What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects in a large organization.
Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiatives.
Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Practical, proven exposure to AI workflows and tools showing tangible benefits.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management to establish relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Experience in Financial Services.
