What you'll do

Develop and execute integrated program plans including scope, milestones, dependency maps, and resource timelines.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues using RAID discipline and contingency planning.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI tools to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting.
Manage cross-team dependencies across upstream/downstream systems and coordinate delivery sequencing.
Establish program governance including working rhythms, status reporting, decision logs, and escalation paths.
Track delivery performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven process improvements.
Ensure operational readiness by coordinating cutovers, communications, and post-release validation.

What we're looking for

Experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects within a large organization.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery across SDLC phases with multiple engineering teams.
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management and influencing decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Strong execution discipline including dependency management, critical path planning, and trade-off management.
Strong risk management skills involving proactive identification, mitigation planning, and escalation.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program workflows with strict data sensitivity awareness.
Ability to establish and run program governance, including cadence, action tracking, and documentation standards.
ServiceNow experience, Jira expertise, Agile/SAFe methodology, and relevant certifications (preferred).
