Lead Technical Program Manager

What you'll do

• Implement Lean Management principles and coordinate agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban across multiple teams.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for cryptographic, key management, and certificate management services.
• Maintain a prioritized, well-groomed backlog in collaboration with product management to ensure clear execution.
• Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and dependencies to maintain project momentum and flow.
• Develop reporting mechanisms and metrics to track delivery progress and improve process efficiency.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear instructions and actionable items for engineering teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders by providing transparent, real-time data on work status.
• Optimize the software development lifecycle by eliminating redundant processes across architecture and operations.

What we're looking for

• Expertise in delivering agile solutions through Lean Product Management.
• Experience leading and managing agile processes including grooming, planning, prioritization, and retrospectives.
• Deep experience with modern SDLC practices such as Scrum, Kanban, Continuous Delivery, DevOps, and Quality Engineering.
• Background in software engineering or product management.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies using agile techniques to remove obstacles.
• Capability to conduct product demos and collaborate with product owners for acceptance and sign-offs.
• Strong technical leadership and ability to engage in out-of-the-box problem solving.
• Ability to develop reporting mechanisms and define success metrics for complex projects.
