What you'll do

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines.
Identify and mitigate risks by proactively addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans.
Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional engineering and product teams.
Analyze program performance to implement data-driven optimizations for increased efficiency.
Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and innovative technical solutions within the team.
Manage resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Manage vendor relations and utilize technical fluency to ensure access to shared applications and services.
Translate complex business, technical, and operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects in a large organization.
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management to influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients.
Advanced experience in technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations.
Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in an agile environment.
Proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down complex objectives into manageable tasks.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, Power BI, or comparable analytics and visualization tools (preferred).
Experience leading technology programs in new-build or large-scale workplace expansion projects (preferred).
Program management certification such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent (preferred).
