What you'll do

Drive the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale technology programs for Business Banking initiatives.
Develop program plans, governance cadences, milestones, and action plans to ensure clear ownership and accountability.
Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and dependencies by partnering with engineering, product, and business teams.
Coordinate across cross-functional teams to drive delivery reviews and provide leadership updates on progress and risks.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and the creation of executive-ready materials.
Create high-level communications and reports for senior leadership to support informed decision-making and governance.
Drive continuous improvement across operating processes, reporting, controls, and execution routines.
Manage change execution by coordinating communication and readiness activities as teams adopt new processes.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex projects in a large organization.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and risks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business and technical objectives into actionable plans.
Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills to build relationships and drive alignment with senior leaders.
Experience in roles such as Technical Program Manager, Business Management, Chief of Staff, or Technology Operations.
Experience in governance, controls, issue management, and executive communications for large transformation programs.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows with strict data sensitivity awareness.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, project tracking tools, and strong written/verbal communication skills.
Experience in financial services, portfolio governance, or large-scale technology operating environments (preferred).
Experience supporting senior leadership forums and cross-functional decision-making discussions (preferred).
