What you'll do

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines.

Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in coordination with cross-functional engineering and product teams.

Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance while ensuring human review of all outputs.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management leading complex projects in a large organization.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support program management workflows with strong validation habits.
Strong program management experience specifically within infrastructure or network teams.
Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations while following data handling expectations.
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management to build relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Proficiency in applying analytical reasoning to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks.
Experience managing cutting edge technology programs (preferred).
