What you'll do

Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Link 22 systems, architecture, and message standards.
Integrate and configure Link 22 tactical data link systems for airborne and maritime platforms.
Architect and design Link 22 data flows across multi-node network environments including time slot management.
Develop and maintain exportable Link 22 configurations for use across multiple programs and customer environments.
Translate customer requirements and concepts of operations into system-level requirements with full traceability.
Execute Link 22 standards compliance, performance testing, and multi-national interoperability events.
Create integration, test, and verification scenarios using simulation equipment to support software development.
Communicate complex technical information regarding architecture and configuration to non-technical stakeholders and government customers.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience, a graduate degree and 7 years of experience, or no degree and 13 years of experience are required.
Active DoD Secret Clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI is required; U.S. Citizenship is required.
Demonstrated hands-on experience integrating and configuring Link 22 tactical data link systems for airborne or ground-based applications.
Working knowledge of Link 22 network architecture, NPG design, time slot assignment, and STANAG 5522 message standards.
Experience with Curtiss-Wright & Leonardo DRS products and NILE PMO/GOTS hardware and software.
Strong understanding of systems engineering requirements development, decomposition, traceability, verification, and validation.
Experience integrating with modernized software defined V/UHF radio systems and performing Link 22 standard conformance testing.
Security+ Certification (preferred); experience with Link 16 or other tactical data links (preferred).
