What you'll do

Lead requirements definition, flow-down, and traceability using MBSE and agile development processes.
Drive technical strategy and eliminate roadblocks for electronic warfare and intelligence systems.
Oversee design verification testing across lab, chamber, ground, and flight environments.
Manage trade studies and simulations to predict system performance in various environments.
Serve as the primary engineering interface to customers during internal and external meetings.
Mentor and motivate a team of systems engineers to achieve peak performance.
Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for complex projects with program management.
Participate in proposal activities by approving technical and cost estimates for new technologies.

What we're looking for

Active DoD secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience.
Graduate degree and at least 7 years of related experience.
At least 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience with Electronic System Design and leading HW/SW/FW development for EW or ELINT applications.
Expertise in MBSE, agile product systems, and requirements management tools (preferred).
Multi-domain knowledge in systems, software, and firmware (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
