What you'll do

Interpret customer mission needs to identify solution spaces and requirements gaps.
Design and implement ground system enhancements that align with requirements and best practices.

What we're looking for

Must be able to obtain a NOAA Public Trust.
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 8 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience in managing the full lifecycle of complex engineering projects from conception to delivery.
Experience with systems engineering principles including requirements management, architecture design, integration, testing, and verification.
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Security clearance.
