Specialist, Systems Engineer

Specialist, Systems Engineer will join a collaborative team to develop mission critical system solutions. The role involves generating and managing system and subsystem-level requirements specifications using DOORS tools while ensuring accuracy throughout the lifecycle. Key responsibilities include decomposing new or delta requirements into the system baseline, maintaining bi-directional traceability between customer requirements and verification artifacts, and supporting Technical Performance Measure deliveries. The engineer will prepare content for design reviews and Technical Interchange Meetings, create verification matrices, and support validation activities. The position requires expertise in systems engineering principles across the development lifecycle, with preferred experience in RF and SATCOM communications, as well as test and integration tasks. This role addresses complex technical issues within a defense technology context to provide integrated solutions for space, air, land, sea, and cyber domains.
