Lead Solutions Analyst, Cloud Business Operations

What you'll do

• Translate complex business requirements into well-structured, technically feasible solutions for product owners and developers.
• Elicit, document, and validate business and data flow requirements to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI tools to accelerate requirements synthesis and solution optioning while ensuring data security.
• Perform advanced data analytics on large datasets to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Manage the end-to-end financial management of public cloud spend, including cost allocation and monthly billing execution.
• Analyze month-over-month cloud spending variations to provide clear recommendations for budgeting and forecasting.
• Model the design and implementation of technical solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure.
• Evaluate public cloud business opportunities to align financial strategies with organizational goals.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for requirements synthesis while maintaining strict data sensitivity standards.
• Advanced knowledge of data analytics techniques to develop models, diagrams, and visualizations from large datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel and the ability to perform complex calculations on large datasets.
• Knowledge of public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and associated cost management tools.
• Ability to interpret financial data to provide strategic insights regarding cloud spend and budgeting.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical and financial information to diverse audiences.
• FinOps certification and AWS Cloud Practitioner certification (or equivalent for Azure/Google) are highly desirable (preferred).
