JOB TITLE: Senior Strategic Business Analyst - Cloud Expertise The Senior Strategic Business Analyst - Cloud Expertise joins the team to support the PPS Modernization Program. This role blends high-level strategic analysis with hands-on functional analysis to drive large-scale modernization, cloud migration, and process transformation initiatives. You will translate executive priorities into actionable roadmaps, conduct business and capability modeling, and define functional requirements for complex IT systems. Key responsibilities include developing business cases, facilitating strategic workshops, and performing functional modeling and testing. You will utilize skills in requirements analysis, enterprise planning, and business systems analysis. The role requires proficiency with Agile tools like Jira, and knowledge of BPMN, CMN, and DMN modeling. You will solve complex business problems by aligning technology, modernization goals, and organizational priorities within a large-scale cloud environment.

What you'll do

Translate executive priorities into actionable roadmaps and high-level solution approaches for modernization.
Develop and present business cases, including process automation analysis and strategic recommendations.
Create and maintain strategic roadmaps in partnership with Enterprise Architecture and Product Strategy teams.
Perform enterprise capability mapping, value stream analysis, and process decomposition to evaluate macro-level processes.
Define and document functional requirements for complex IT systems and cloud migration initiatives.
Conduct functional modeling and perform functional allocations to identify task inter-relationships.
Direct functional testing of projects and systems to ensure requirements are met.
Generate briefings, reports, and major documentation for senior-level client personnel.

What we're looking for

Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 8 years specialized in IT system functional analysis.
BS degree in an IT-related field.
Demonstrated experience in strategic analysis, enterprise planning, or business consulting.
Superior functional knowledge of modernization programs and complex, integrated IT systems.
Strong analytical abilities including market research, financial analysis, modeling, and capability assessments.
Expertise in defining, documenting, and managing complex business rules.
Experience using Agile tools and processes, including Jira.
Knowledge of enterprise business architecture, capability models, and portfolio management.
