What you'll do

Lead and direct software engineering development by providing guidance to a team of engineers.
Manage Agile project lifecycles including leading meetings, tracking issues, and reporting status.
Design embedded software based on requirements documents and system-level design specifications.
Develop C++ code for embedded Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and evaluate hardware, firmware, and software interfaces.
Investigate root causes of complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Create software test plans, procedures, and other relevant technical documentation.
Use modeling tools and equipment to conduct experimental tests and evaluate prototype results.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with 9 years of experience, a Master's with 7 years, or 13 years without a degree.
Active US Secret Security Clearance.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in the computer/software engineering field.
Minimum of 8 years of C++ development in a professional environment.
Minimum of 3 years leading software development teams.
Experience developing and testing real-time embedded software (preferred).
Familiarity with Greenhills RTOS (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
