What you'll do

Lead a cross-functional team through all phases of the software development process from requirements to testing.
Research, design, develop, and evaluate embedded software for electronic and communications systems.
Perform detailed analysis including requirements analysis, trade studies, and reliability analysis for radio products.
Convert customer requirements into total system solutions that balance technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Consult with electrical engineers to evaluate hardware-software interfaces and operational performance requirements.
Develop software system testing procedures and comprehensive design documentation.
Contribute to the strategic direction of DSP solutions and identify opportunities for innovation.
Analyze and debug software and related hardware issues within an Agile Scrum framework.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 9 years of experience in real-time embedded software development in C or C++.
Graduate degree in Engineering with 7 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 13 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
Experience with digital signal processing (DSP), embedded C++/C, and MATLAB.
Experience leading collaborative software design, development, and test teams.
Experience with Agile Scrum and DevOps-based software development (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
