What you'll do

Lead the design and implementation of embedded software solutions through the entire software development lifecycle.
Develop software for Modems, RF Transmission Systems, and Satellite Communication Systems in multi-threaded environments.
Perform requirements analysis, object-oriented design, unit testing, integration, and requirements verification.
Troubleshoot complex technical problems and perform root cause analysis.
Provide technical support for bid and proposal efforts.
Prepare and present briefings, workshops, and tutorials for engineers, management, and customers.
Manage cost accounts and communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders.
Participate in Agile software planning and development cycles.

What we're looking for

Must be able to obtain a US security clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years of relevant experience, Graduate Degree with 7 years, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
7+ years of C/C++ embedded software development experience.
Proficiency in C++ and C software development in a multi-threaded Windows or Linux environment.
Experience with real-time Linux development, CMake, and inter-process communication.
Experience with Agile software development methodology and the Atlassian tool suite.
Experience with EVMS/CAM and Wireshark for network traffic analysis.
U.S. citizens.
