What you'll do

Develop software for embedded target hardware using computer science and engineering principles.
Design and implement software for embedded Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) using C and C++.
Develop and assess interfaces between hardware, firmware, and software to meet system performance requirements.
Design, document, develop, and test software components according to established coding standards.
Support all phases of the software development life cycle from requirements analysis to formal testing.
Participate in peer reviews and contribute to defect identification, tracking, and resolution.
Develop device drivers and Board Support Packages (BSPs) for real-time embedded systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
A bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience or a graduate degree with at least 2 years of experience.
At least 4 years of experience in the computer or software engineering field.
Minimum of 4 years of professional C/C++ development experience.
Ability to obtain a Department of War Security Clearance.
Familiarity with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) (preferred).
Experience using DOORS for requirements traceability and linking system requirements to software requirements (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
