Lead Software Engineer — Workflow Orchestration (React | Camunda | Java/Python) Full Stack joins the Global Technology team as an experienced member of an agile team. What you'll do

Own end-to-end workflow architecture using Camunda to define orchestration patterns, SLAs, and lifecycle management for business processes.
Lead full-stack delivery of products using React JS for user interfaces and Java or Python for backend orchestration services.
Translate business requirements into executable BPMN process models and DMN decision logic to ensure auditability and correctness.
Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems like Data Marketplace, ServiceNow, and IAM using API and event-driven patterns.
Automate request and fulfillment workflows while engineering reliability through idempotency, retries, and saga patterns for long-running processes.
Drive performance tuning for Camunda runtimes and establish observability standards including structured logging, metrics, and distributed tracing.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for UI and backend services incorporating automated testing, security scanning, and quality gates.
Implement secure IAM integrations for workflow execution, including authN/authZ, secrets management, and least privilege principles.

What we're looking for

Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and production operational stability for enterprise-grade platforms.
Proficiency in Java, React JS, and/or Python, including strong fundamentals in clean code, OOP, and building backend services/APIs.
Proven experience with workflow orchestration using Camunda (BPMN/DMN) and Camunda client/engine libraries.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end SDLC and experience delivering within Agile teams and practices.
Strong CI/CD capability for building automated pipelines with quality gates, including unit/integration tests, linting, and security scanning.
Working knowledge of application resiliency patterns such as idempotency, retries/backoff, timeouts, and compensation/saga patterns.
Strong focus on security-by-design, including secure coding, secrets management, and integrating with enterprise systems like IAM and ServiceNow.
Demonstrated leadership in AI-enabled engineering using approved AI-assisted development tools with a focus on responsible AI usage.
