What you'll do

Design, develop, test, integrate, and sustain software components using C++ and/or Python.
Support the full software development lifecycle within Linux environments.
Develop and maintain software interfaces, services, and data-processing capabilities for mission applications.
Troubleshoot software defects and support integration, test, and deployment activities.
Apply secure software-development practices and comply with program security requirements.
Develop large-scale image processing software and data systems for remote sensing programs.
Build and support cloud-native applications using containers, Kubernetes, or AWS environments.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and minimum 7 years of related experience.
Minimum 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Proficiency developing and maintaining software applications using C++ and/or Python.
Experience with object-oriented design, debugging, and software integration.
TS/SCI security clearance (preferred).
Experience with source control, Agile tools, automated testing, and continuous delivery (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
