What you'll do

Design and develop cloud-native, microservices-based applications using modern architectural patterns.
Develop secure, high-quality production code while reviewing and debugging code written by others.
Use domain modeling techniques to structure software for clarity, testability, and evolution.
Identify and automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability.
Build scalable solutions that eliminate single points of failure and ensure zero-downtime releases.
Lead communities of practice to drive awareness and adoption of leading-edge technologies.
Investigate and resolve technical issues promptly to prevent recurrence.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, system design, development, testing, and operations.
Proficiency in back-end technologies like Python, Flask, and Django to build microservices-based applications.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), distributed systems, RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Understanding of the software development life cycle and experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum.
Proficiency in automation, continuous delivery methods, and application resiliency.
Strong soft skills including presentation, negotiation, mentoring, and stakeholder management (preferred).
Experience in the banking domain (preferred).
AWS certification (preferred).
