What you'll do

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Java.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining microservices with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and actuator-based monitoring.
Proficiency in automation, continuous delivery methods, and all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, Postgres, and MySQL.
Advanced understanding of agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools while ensuring safety and compliance.
Experience with modern cloud technologies (AWS), data lakes, or financial services industry knowledge (preferred).
