What you'll do

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Strong Java development expertise including Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, JMS, and RESTful API design.
Experience deploying and monitoring applications on AWS Cloud using services like S3, Lambdas, Security, and IAM.
Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Strong background in designing complex applications and documenting architecture artifacts such as diagrams and decision records.
Proficiency in automation, continuous delivery methods, and all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools while ensuring security and performance standards.
Proficiency in Aurora PostgreSQL, monitoring tools like Splunk or Grafana, and holding AWS Developer or Architect Certifications (preferred).
