What you'll do

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
5+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
Experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Expertise in Java/Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, data models, and domain-driven design.
Proficiency in production-grade engineering including performance tuning, resilience, observability, and incident management.
Experience with cloud-native delivery on AWS using CI/CD, containerization, and automated testing.
Ability to provide technical leadership through code reviews, architectural guidance, and mentoring.
Demonstrated experience implementing approved AI-assisted software development tools while ensuring security and quality standards.
