What you'll do

Design, develop, and troubleshoot creative software solutions for complex technical problems.
Write secure, high-quality production code while reviewing and debugging peer contributions.

Establish validation standards for AI-generated outputs including security, performance, and accuracy.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Advanced proficiency in Java, Springboot, Microservices, API, Kafka, Cassandra, AWS, and AI.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools for coding, review, and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use, including data sensitivity, secure handling, and coaching engineers on compliant adoption.
Proficiency in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
In-depth knowledge of financial services industry IT systems and practical cloud native experience.
