What you'll do

Design and develop enterprise software applications to support firm business objectives.
Review business requirements with stakeholders to inform architecture and design decisions.
Perform coding, pair programming, and conduct peer code reviews.
Write unit tests and develop software automation for the development lifecycle.
Drive team adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
Implement and manage software releases across UAT and production environments.
Provide production support and monitor application performance and stability.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Experience developing web-based applications using J2EE technology and the Spring framework.
Experience developing Rest APIs and using Swagger to create API specifications.
Experience with Oracle and Cassandra databases.
Experience using BlazeMeter, Splunk, Dynatrace, and manual testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools while ensuring security and data sensitivity compliance.
Experience in Agile Scrum methodology (required); AWS/Cloud technologies, Kafka, Cucumber, and Cloud Foundry (preferred).
