Lead Software Engineer - Java/Full Stack will join the Asset Wealth Management team to design, develop, and maintain innovative software solutions for the Client Services Platform. What we're looking for
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience across the Full Stack Software Development Life Cycle, including system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
Proficiency in core Java and front-end UI frameworks like React or Angular for building production-grade applications.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and analysis of complex financial datasets.
Practical experience working with cloud technologies (AWS).
Solid knowledge of deployment processes including Git and version control systems.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of AI-assisted development tools while ensuring security and performance standards.
Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security; experience in financial services is preferred.
