Lead Software Engineer - Fullstack Java, Springboot +AI joins the Corporate Sector team to build and deliver secure, scalable, cloud-native microservices. This role involves designing end-to-end solutions using domain modeling to ensure software clarity and testability while troubleshooting complex technical problems. The engineer will develop high-quality production code, lead communities of practice, and drive the adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices for tasks like code review and incident analysis. Key technologies include Java 17, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Spring Security, alongside Python with FastAPI, Poetry, and pytest. Front-end development involves React, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern tooling like Webpack and Jest. The role requires expertise in MS SQL Server, identity technologies like OAuth2 and SAML, and infrastructure tools including Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket to solve complex business problems within a secure environment.
Design and develop end-to-end cloud-native, microservices-based applications using modern architectural patterns.
Write secure, high-quality production code while reviewing and debugging code written by other team members.
Implement domain modeling techniques to ensure software is structured for clarity, testability, and evolution.
Automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve the operational stability of software systems.
Lead communities of practice to drive the adoption of leading-edge technologies across the engineering organization.

Develop secure REST integrations using modern authentication protocols like OAuth2, SAML, and TLS/mTLS.
What we're looking for
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering including system design, development, testing, and operations.
Strong Java 17 and Spring Boot development experience, including REST APIs, Spring Security, schedulers, and multi-module Maven applications.
Strong Python development experience (preferred: FastAPI, asynchronous processing, Poetry, Gunicorn, and pytest).
Hands-on front-end development experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, CSS/Sass, and responsive web applications.
Experience with modern front-end tooling including Webpack, Babel, Jest, React Testing Library, Axios, React Router, and component libraries.
Strong understanding of application, data, integration, and infrastructure architecture.
Experience designing secure REST integrations using JSON, XML, OAuth2, SAML, TLS/mTLS, and certificate-based authentication.
Working knowledge of identity technologies such as ADFS, Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, role-based access control, and X.509 certificates.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools and understanding responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
Experience using relational databases like MS SQL Server.
Strong soft skills including presentation, negotiation, mentoring, and stakeholder management (preferred).
Experience working on Cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (preferred).
Practical knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins, and source code management tools like Git and Bitbucket (preferred).
Proficiency in designing and implementing data models for relational databases (preferred).
