Experience with Python, Golang, React, NodeJS, and cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure is preferred to support Identity and Access Management products.

What you'll do

Develop, design, and troubleshoot complex software solutions beyond conventional approaches.
Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
Establish validation standards for AI-generated outputs including secure coding, peer review, and automated testing.
Implement high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with existing systems.
Create architecture and design artifacts while ensuring all software development meets specific design constraints.
Identify hidden patterns in data to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
Coach engineers on the safe and compliant use of AI tools within delivery practices.
Contribute to engineering communities of practice to explore and integrate emerging technologies.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
8+ years of software development experience.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools and coaching engineers on safe, compliant adoption.
Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures.
Practical experience with Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data), RESTful APIs, and Microservices architectures.
Proficiency in CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, and designing data models for relational databases like MS SQL Server.
Experience working on Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Experience with Python, Golang, React, NodeJS, Identity and Access Management, or container-based development (preferred).
