What you'll do

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Full stack expertise in Java and Spring Boot to develop robust backend APIs and RESTful web services.
Experience building scalable front-end interfaces using React and managing state with tools like Redux or Context API.
Hands-on experience serving as a Tech Lead or senior engineer driving technical direction.
Experience with AWS services to design, deploy, and manage cloud-based solutions.
Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods including designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools while ensuring security and accuracy.
Advanced knowledge of system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
