What you'll do

Design, develop, and troubleshoot creative software solutions for complex technical problems.
Write high-quality production code while reviewing and debugging code written by other team members.
Identify and automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve system operational stability.
Lead evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical feasibility.
Lead communities of practice to promote the adoption of leading-edge technologies across software engineering.
Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices for code quality and delivery speed.
Establish validation standards for AI outputs, including secure coding, peer review, and automated testing.
Utilize SDLC toolchains and automation capabilities to increase the value of development processes.

What we're looking for

Formal degree or certification in software engineering concepts.
5+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Advanced proficiency in developing Java on Spring Boot.
Experience with UI frameworks such as Angular or React.
Advanced knowledge of Kafka.
Knowledge of NoSQL databases including Cassandra, MongoDB, or Elastiq.
Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
