What you'll do

Design and develop scalable, resilient software components for identity and access management systems.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
5+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
Expert understanding of OOP concepts, Design Patterns, and Software Analysis and Design.
Expertise in Copilot, Claude, or other AI software tools.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted development tools for coding, review, and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use, including data sensitivity and secure handling of inputs/outputs.
Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Multithreading, and databases like Oracle, MS SQL, or Cockroach.
Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and test automation frameworks like Selenium or Cucumber.
