Technical expertise includes Terraform, Jenkins CI/CD, Git, and automated testing tools like Selenium.

What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, resilient software components for identity access management systems.
Produce architecture and design artifacts while ensuring code conforms to established standards and constraints.
Drive the adoption of enterprise-authorized AI tools to improve coding, testing, and troubleshooting workflows.
Establish validation standards for AI-assisted outputs to ensure security, performance, and high-quality delivery.
Write clean, well-documented, and unit-tested code while incorporating telemetry, monitoring, and security requirements.
Mentor team members in design, TDD, problem-solving, and the use of new technologies.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance delivery flow across product teams.
Partner with stakeholders to translate user needs into technical solutions within a distributed Agile environment.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
5+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
Demonstrated leadership in using approved AI-assisted development tools and establishing validation standards for code quality and security.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use, including data sensitivity and secure handling of inputs/outputs.
Expert knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and software analysis/design practices.
Proficiency in backend technologies including Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, multithreading, and various databases.
Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
Experience with DevOps tools including Terraform, Git, Jenkins CI/CD, and test automation frameworks like Selenium or Cucumber.
