What you'll do

Lead cross-functional technical execution for the sustainment of fielded mission networks and LOS communications systems.
Drive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and repair-cycle recovery to ensure system readiness.
Translate customer needs and field feedback into actionable technical plans and engineering tasks.
Coordinate integration, testing, logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain activities to sustain deployed performance.
Manage technical risks, action items, schedules, and sustainment metrics for internal leadership and customers.
Ensure engineering changes are properly evaluated, documented, implemented, and verified according to established processes.
Serve as the primary technical interface for customers regarding issue resolution and performance discussions.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen and possess an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field and at least 9 years of relevant experience.
Graduate degree and at least 7 years of related experience.
At least 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience in project, systems, or sustainment engineering for fielded systems (preferred).
Experience with mission networks, LOS communications, or secure communication systems (preferred).
Experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical issue resolution (preferred).
Relevant certifications such as Security+ or CCNP (preferred).
