What you'll do

Lead the setup, launch, and optimization of new manufacturing lines including equipment selection and workflow design.
Resolve production program product non-conformances by determining immediate actions such as repair, rework, or scrap.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions in partnership with the Quality organization.
Optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, minimize waste, and enhance resource utilization.
Design and test new equipment, processes, procedures, and systems focused on scalability and manufacturability.
Provide technical inputs for systemic learning and manage engineering analysis to inform design dispositions.
Represent the Material Review Board processes and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience, Graduate degree with 7 years, or no degree with 13 years of project engineering experience.
Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
Experience in setting up, launching, or scaling new manufacturing lines or facilities (preferred).
Proficiency in CAD, GD&T, analysis, or materials (preferred).
Previous experience working root cause and non-conformances (preferred).
Experience in project, materials, process, manufacturing, and/or integration/test engineering (preferred).
Experience designing and testing new equipment, processes, procedures, and systems (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
