What you'll do

Lead the transition of systems from prototype to production phases.
Translate statement of work requirements into specific engineering directions for execution.
Manage program technical performance to ensure compliance across manufacturing and logistics interfaces.
Monitor and maintain project adherence to established budgets and schedules.
Evaluate test documentation and results to ensure they meet required specifications.
Coordinate with functional managers on labor tracking and earned value reporting.
Perform reliability engineering and root cause analysis for system issues.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact during customer interactions and program reviews.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a technical field and relevant experience.
Graduate degree and related experience.
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship).
Experience managing Engineering, Procurement, and Fabrication projects for military ISR platforms.
Experience in program planning, guidance, and engineering execution within scope, schedule, and budget.
Experience in one or more areas: Battle Management Systems, Aero/Sustainment/Systems/Hardware Engineering, or Project Engineering.
Experience in Reliability Engineering and Root Cause Analysis.
Advanced technical or management degrees (preferred); ISR systems, Capture and Proposal Development, and leadership skills (preferred).
