What you'll do

Manage cost, schedule, and technical aspects of engineering projects within program guidelines.
Provide full lifecycle project engineering support for deployment and integration efforts.
Lead cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements within allocated budget and time constraints.
Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and track Earned Value Management metrics.
Identify, track, and mitigate program-level risks and technical issues.
Estimate resource and material needs for projects and products.
Prepare status reports regarding engineering project progress and budget health.
Coordinate between resource managers to ensure all necessary reviews and approvals are obtained.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience, a graduate degree and 6 years of experience, or 12 years of experience without a degree.
Proficiency in Earned Value Management.
Expertise in creating Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
Experience managing multi-discipline programs across various locations.
Proven experience handling projects with budgets exceeding $50 million.
Proficiency in Technical Supplier Management and Risk and Opportunity Management.
Experience leading government contract development programs and involvement in program pursuit and proposal activities.
Security clearance.
