What you'll do

Lead cross-functional technical execution to sustain fielded mission networks and LOS communications systems.
Drive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to ensure system readiness and availability.
Translate customer needs and field feedback into actionable technical plans and engineering tasks.
Coordinate integration, testing, logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain activities for deployed systems.
Manage technical risks, action items, schedules, and sustainment metrics for internal leadership and customers.
Ensure all engineering changes to fielded systems are documented, implemented, and verified per established processes.
Serve as the primary technical interface for customers regarding issue resolution and performance discussions.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen with an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience, Graduate degree and 7 years of experience, or no degree and 13 years of experience in a related field.
Experience in project engineering, systems engineering, sustainment engineering, or technical leadership roles supporting fielded systems (preferred).
Experience with mission networks, LOS communications, secure communications, or networked mission capabilities (preferred).
Experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective action development for operational systems (preferred).
Experience leading cross-functional teams in small-program environments or complex mission settings (preferred).
Experience with configuration management, technical documentation, and verification of changes to fielded systems (preferred).
Relevant certifications such as Security+, CCNP, or other networking certifications (preferred).
