What you'll do

Manage project costs, schedules, and technical performance using Earned Value Management principles.
Develop and monitor project plans consistent with overall program goals and command media.
Provide practical engineering solutions to resolve complex technical problems.
Lead Technical Readiness Reviews and prepare Qualification Reports to demonstrate customer compliance.
Prepare proposals for submission to customers and brief management on all aspects of assigned projects.
Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain to ensure execution.
Conduct failure and anomaly investigations for project components, assemblies, and system integrations.
Evaluate component environment test results and qualification processes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of relevant Engineering experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of related Engineering experience.
Minimum of 13 years of related Engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance.
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Project, Excel, Powerpoint, Word) (preferred).
Engineering drawing and GD&T application experience (preferred).
Experience working in the defense industry with an existing US security clearance (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
