What you'll do

Lead a team of technicians in the production and delivery of UAS through factory acceptance.
Perform advanced hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and repair on complex systems.
Manage daily operations by prioritizing tasks for operators to meet on-time delivery goals.
Ensure all staff follow safety procedures and standard work tasks while auditing work areas.
Execute data entry and reporting in production systems including MES, NetSuite, JIRA, SQL, and Tableau.
Participate in 5S initiatives and provide feedback to improve manufacturing processes.
Provide training and support for new operators on the assembly line.
Maintain detailed daily records of production progress, blockers, risks, and requirements.

What we're looking for

3+ years experience in production-oriented manufacturing or electro-mechanical technician fields.
Prior experience leading a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience working with ERP and MES systems including NetSuite, JIRA, SQL, and Tableau.
Full understanding of product life cycle (NPI to scaled production), LEAN principles, and change management.
Ability to interpret technical documentation such as mechanical drawings, work instructions, and electrical schematics.
U.S. Person status is required for access to export controlled data.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (preferred).
2+ years in a lead or production operations role; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; A&P certification; and UAS experience (preferred).
