The Lead Principal Technical Program Manager joins the team to partner with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders in aligning priorities for complex, high-impact technical programs. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs aligned with business strategy.
Define program scope, milestones, timelines, resource requirements, and budgets while managing risks and dependencies.
Serve as the primary escalation point for critical program, operational, and security issues to ensure timely resolution.
Establish and enforce program governance, delivery standards, KPIs, and service level agreements.
Manage strategic planning for program funding, resource allocation, forecasting, and organizational change management.
Drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes, workflows, automation, and operational practices for better scalability.
Use data, metrics, and analytics to measure program health and support informed executive decision-making.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
12+ years of experience in technical program management, business program management, project management, or a related role leading complex initiatives.
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, cross-organizational programs from planning through execution and delivery.
Experience partnering with engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and resolve dependencies.
Experience managing program risks, dependencies, executive escalations, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills using data, metrics, and reporting to drive decisions and measure success.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting status and recommendations to senior leadership.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results without direct authority.
Experience leading technical programs supporting cloud infrastructure or large-scale technology organizations (preferred).
Experience driving operational excellence, process optimization, and organizational change across multiple teams (preferred).
Experience establishing program governance, operational cadences, KPIs, and executive reporting frameworks (preferred).
Experience managing multiple concurrent programs with complex stakeholder landscapes and competing business priorities (preferred).
Experience leveraging data analysis, dashboards, forecasting, or reporting tools to improve visibility (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with senior leaders and influence strategic decisions (preferred).
