What you'll do

Manage the scope, milestones, and resource requirements for complex, cross-organizational technical programs.
Serve as the primary point of escalation for critical security issues and high-priority project risks.
Drive the transformation and optimization of internal processes to improve product reliability and operational efficiency.
Automate reporting systems by collaborating with development teams to create advanced dashboards and forecasting models.
Align program priorities with stakeholder goals through regular communication and strategic reporting to senior leadership.
Define and enforce delivery standards, including security, scalability, and compliance requirements for all products.
Mentor staff and provide technical guidance to remove blockers in the project workflow.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and inform high-level decision-making for the line of business.

What we're looking for

Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Requires 6 to 10+ years of experience in technical program management or a related field.
Must possess technical knowledge in a fundamental engineering area or technical domain.
Must have experience managing complex, cross-organizational initiatives and high-impact programs.
Must be able to lead risk management, including identifying bottlenecks and serving as an escalation point for critical issues.
Must be able to drive process optimization and transformation across multiple teams.
Must be able to provide expert technical guidance on automation, reporting, and data analysis.
Must have experience in stakeholder engagement and influencing cross-functional leaders.
