What you'll do

Lead complex cross-functional infrastructure and operational programs across the OCI organization.
Drive the execution of data center infrastructure initiatives from initial planning through final delivery.
Coordinate technical requirements across engineering, operations, networking, and capacity planning teams.
Develop scalable program governance, reporting mechanisms, and risk management frameworks.
Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve operational efficiency and visibility.
Manage program dependencies, milestones, and escalation paths across multiple organizations.
Deliver executive-level communications, status reporting, and strategic updates to senior leadership.
Identify execution risks proactively and implement effective mitigation strategies.

What we're looking for

10+ years of technical program management or infrastructure program leadership experience.
Strong experience supporting large-scale data center infrastructure or cloud environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead highly complex cross-functional technical initiatives.
Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leveraging AI tools, automation, or operational intelligence workflows.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, systems, and operational dependencies.
Proven ability to influence without direct authority.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline (preferred).
