  • Maintain multi-product roadmaps and provide strategic guidance to team members on delivery excellence and innovation.
  • Own success metrics and performance criteria, such as OKRs and KPIs, for multiple product lines.
  • Proactively gather customer feedback to align product capabilities with high-value business goals throughout the lifecycle.
  • Lead go-to-market efforts, including recruiting early adopters and defining product adoption metrics.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets for high-impact projects while resolving complex technical and business issues.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 6 to 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Must be able to lead product prioritization by evaluating business value, feasibility, and user needs.
  • Must be able to establish strategies for identifying customer needs, market opportunities, and regulatory requirements.
  • Must be able to manage product roadmaps, feature requirements, and delivery excellence for multiple products.
