What you'll do

Define product strategy and roadmaps for OCI Developer Tool Products to improve the developer experience during the "Develop" phase of the SDLC.
Identify opportunities to reduce friction in workflows such as coding, code review, testing, debugging, and onboarding.
Lead the transition toward AI-native development by defining capabilities for AI-assisted tools and agentic workflows.
Translate complex developer needs into clear product requirements, success metrics, and phased delivery plans.
Conduct customer discovery with internal and external developers to validate product direction and identify pain points.
Prioritize product investments based on developer impact, adoption data, technical feasibility, and business value.
Establish feedback mechanisms that link developer behavior and tool usage back into the product planning cycle.
Measure success through metrics such as adoption rates, engagement, developer satisfaction, and improved code quality.

What we're looking for

Must have 7+ years of professional experience in product management, technical product strategy, or related roles.
Experience building or managing developer tools, cloud platforms, IDE integrations, and engineering productivity products is required.
Must possess a strong understanding of developer workflows within the Develop phase of the software development lifecycle.
Ability to translate complex developer needs into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and execution plans for technical teams.
Experience with AI-assisted development, generative AI, agentic workflows, or other AI/ML product capabilities is required.
Must possess strong analytical skills to use usage data and feedback to guide product prioritization.
Excellent communication skills are required to influence senior technical and business stakeholders.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
