What you'll do

Own the inbound product strategy, roadmap, and execution for OCI DevOps tooling.
Translate customer, developer, and operator needs into prioritized requirements and measurable product outcomes.
Engage with enterprise customers and partners to identify unmet needs and workflow friction.
Define functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.
Establish and track success metrics including adoption, engagement, reliability, and time-to-value.
Support go-to-market readiness by developing positioning, launch materials, and field enablement.
Act as the voice of the customer to ensure tools are secure, scalable, and intuitive.
Manage delivery risks and communicate progress, tradeoffs, and milestones to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
