What you'll do

Define product strategy and roadmaps for OCI Developer Tool Products to improve the developer experience during the "Develop" phase of the SDLC.
Identify opportunities to reduce friction in workflows such as coding, code review, testing, debugging, and onboarding.
Lead the transition toward AI-native development by defining capabilities for AI-assisted tools and agentic workflows.
Translate complex developer needs into clear product requirements, success metrics, and phased delivery plans.
Conduct customer discovery with internal and external developers to validate product direction and identify pain points.
Prioritize product investments based on developer impact, adoption data, technical feasibility, and business value.
Establish feedback mechanisms that link developer behavior and tool usage back into the product planning cycle.
Measure success through metrics like adoption rates, developer satisfaction, and improvements in code quality.

What we're looking for

7+ years of professional experience in product management, technical product strategy, or related roles.
Experience building or managing developer tools, cloud platforms, IDE integrations, or engineering productivity products.
Strong understanding of developer workflows during the Develop phase of the SDLC including coding, testing, and debugging.
Ability to translate complex developer needs into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and execution plans.
Ability to define product strategy across multiple areas and align stakeholders around measurable outcomes.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development, generative AI, agentic workflows, or ML product capabilities.
Strong analytical skills using product data, developer feedback, and metrics to guide prioritization.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (preferred).
