Lead Principal Network Developer

What you'll do

• Design and develop advanced network fabrics and systems to support large-scale cloud and data center environments.
• Lead the development of automation frameworks and scripts to improve operational efficiency across multiple teams.
• Create and customize complex dashboards, telemetry systems, and alerting mechanisms to monitor network health and performance.
• Oversee the validation of production networks and establish standardized pre-production testing protocols.
• Manage high-visibility incident responses and lead the delivery of root cause analysis for major technical issues.
• Analyze network performance metrics to predict future capacity needs and author white papers to drive infrastructure changes.
• Provide technical mentorship and subject matter expertise to cross-functional teams to ensure architectural alignment.
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve complex bugs and ensure compliance with networking standards.
