Your daily work involves building automation frameworks, creating telemetry systems, and designing playbooks for complex issues while managing cross-functional partnerships with hardware, software, and supply chain teams. You will utilize expertise in ASIC Design, Network Architecture, Network Engineering, Network Hardware, Network Operating Systems, and Networking Fundamentals. This role solves critical problems regarding performance, reliability, and scalability for large-scale enterprise and cloud-based networking environments, ensuring the infrastructure supports massive workloads and future growth.

What you'll do

  • Create complex dashboards, telemetry systems, and alerting mechanisms to monitor network health and service level objectives.
  • Lead high-level technical collaborations with vendors and internal teams to resolve critical bugs and ensure firmware alignment.
  • Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for major technical incidents and provide expert guidance during critical escalations.
  • Analyze network performance metrics to predict future capacity needs and write design white papers for organizational change.
  • Standardize qualification processes and provide Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) data to internal and external auditors.
