Lead Principal Network Developer

What you'll do

• Design and oversee the architecture of advanced network fabrics to support large-scale cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain automated frameworks, scripts, and infrastructure pipelines to improve operational efficiency.
• Create complex dashboards, telemetry systems, and alerting mechanisms to monitor network health and performance.
• Lead high-level technical collaboration with vendors and internal teams to resolve critical bugs and ensure hardware/software alignment.
• Establish standardized qualification processes and test strategies to ensure network integrity before production deployment.
• Manage incident response for major technical events and lead the delivery of root cause analysis (RCA).
• Analyze performance metrics like latency and throughput to design capacity plans for future growth.
• Provide technical mentorship and serve as a subject matter expert to drive innovation across cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 10 years of experience in the field.
• Proficiency in network architecture and engineering is required.
• Experience with network hardware and operating systems is required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership and act as a subject matter expert for complex networking issues.
• Capability to design and optimize automation frameworks, scripts, and telemetry systems for network operations.
• Expertise in designing and validating large-scale network fabrics and infrastructure pipelines.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with vendors, hardware teams, and software engineers.
