What you'll do

Lead the solution design and implementation of integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints.
Analyze business needs to ensure Oracle solutions meet customer objectives using industry standard processes.
Provide direction and mentoring to project teams while influencing customer leadership on key decisions.
Resolve sophisticated customer issues by recommending and implementing technical and functional solutions.
Lead weekly client calls to discuss data collection, design decisions, training, and testing for Patient Accounting.
Perform design and build activities and resolve issues discovered during project implementation and post-conversion.
Use the Common Rules Tool (CRT) Framework for Services Integration and Claims.
Support business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and providing domain expertise to the sales team.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience.
Must have recent experience leading Soarian Revenue Management or Back Office EHR implementations.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must demonstrate expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families.
Must be able to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products.
Must be able to lead solution design and implementation for integrated software solutions.
Must be able to analyze business needs to ensure Oracle solutions meet customer objectives.
Must be able to provide direction and mentoring to project teams.
