What you'll do

Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and workflow issues for VA stakeholders in live client environments.
Deploy to client sites to assess workflows and ensure adherence to approved processes.
Design and implement effective business solutions using Oracle methodologies and industry best practices.
Lead solution design efforts to ensure high-quality, integrated outcomes across multiple systems.
Influence customer leadership to support the adoption of new solutions and resolve persistent challenges.
Contribute to statements of work, work breakdown structures, and staffing plans.
Present and demonstrate technical and non-technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Expert knowledge of Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) solutions, healthcare workflows, system build, and implementation.
Ability to independently solve complex problems and drive issue resolution in live client environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leadership.
Experience working across cross-functional teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
Knowledge of clinical and operational domains including Referral Management, Laboratory, Pharmacy, and Oncology.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
6–8 years of relevant experience (3–4 years of consulting experience preferred).
US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Experience supporting federal clients (VA/DoD) strongly preferred.
Required travel up to 50%.
