Senior Principal Consultant

What you'll do

• Provide consulting implementation services for Oracle Health Clinical Imaging products to customers.
• Guide customers and colleagues in identifying and executing changes to achieve key performance indicators.
• Lead customers through the design of clinical workflows and integration points for successful adoption.
• Consult with customers on best practices, issue resolution, and experience guidance to improve solution performance.
• Manage large, complex full-cycle solution implementations for client/server applications.
• Ensure all work complies with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures.
• Travel up to 80% of the time to meet with customers and perform on-site duties.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance.
• Must be able to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Must have at least 6 years of combined higher education and related work experience.
• Must have at least 1 year of healthcare information technology consulting or support experience.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Healthcare.
• 1-2 years of experience with Radiology or Cardiology Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) (highly preferred).
• 2+ years of consulting experience (highly preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience working with EHR applications (highly preferred).
• 2 years of experience managing large, complex full cycle solution implementations (preferred).
• 2 years of experience implementing client/server applications (preferred).
• Basic understanding of clinical workflow in areas such as ED, ICU, Perioperative, and Ambulatory venues (preferred).
• Basic understanding of HL7, DICOM, and computer networking (preferred).
